We are looking for a new Board members support our company at this exciting time.

This is a fabulous opportunity to help us develop our governance and fulfil our charitable objectives. We are seeking supportive and experienced individuals to become board members. 

We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about our work, who share our values of openness and inclusivity and understand the working of a Charity in a commercial setting.  To help us, we are looking for people with knowledge and experience of any of the following areas:

Charity Board meetings, Chairing meetings, Building Management, Diversity, Safeguarding, Fundraising, Coaching, Events promotion, dramatic and other arts, IT skills. We are particularly interested in diversifying our Board and actively seek out Board members who identify with one or more of the Protected Characteristic groups.

You will need to attend 4 Board meetings a year, plus occasional availability to visit our performances an to have occasional discussions with our core staff.
